We ran a post event survey to measure the impact of the training:
How satisfied were you with the training day?
7.8/10
How likely are you to change your behaviour following the training?
7.0/10
How likely are you to recommend the training to a colleague?
7.2/10
Do you feel better equipped to face change?
56% of respondents responded ‘yes’
The Impact
We took the time to get to know the organisation’s unique circumstances, part of which included a recent focus on strategy and a newly defined organisational purpose. These topics became underlying themes for the training design to enable cohesion and alignment around the firm’s vision and overall direction.
Quick to build trusting relationships, Louise (Work Well Being Founder) and Chris (Director of Learning) held discovery and planning calls with senior representatives from Barnett Waddingham’s Pension Administration and People & Culture teams.
Participant Feedback
“It wasn't tick-boxy or too corporate, it was reflective and inspiring rather than instructive or dictatorial”
“I learned to take the first step, don't be afraid to try something new and embrace failure as a way to grow and develop”
“Really engaging, was expecting to be 'talked at' but I felt included and listened to”
“I learnt not to be afraid of change and take it as something new and not to be worried about”
“I really like how the presenter incorporated different reflective aspects of change and how it can shape a different attitude of thinking. It was really interactive, and I liked working through the workbook”
